Granada International School is not the work of any large organization or government agency. It is the dream and hard work of several dedicated families whose sole purpose is to provide a great education for their children and those of the community. This project, although daunting at times, inspires and motivates all of us to create something, to participate in an effort to better our community and our world. With your donations, together we have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of numerous children and families.
We are asking for your donation in order to see a dream come true, a dream that will live on for generations. The amount of your donation is not important; it is the spirit in which it is given that makes it special. If you cannot give a monetary amount, perhaps you could donate materials, books, art supplies, etc. If so, please contact us and we will explain how this can be accomplished.
Become a Sponsor and Change the Life of a Child
A fundamental aspect of our charter is to assure that a minimum of 35% of our student body is supported by donations and scholarships. We do not want to turn away a child interested in an education because of money. This type of education is expensive but we want it to be available to everyone. Regardless of a family’s economic situation, their children are no less deserving of a quality education and we aim to offer it to as many interested families as possible.
With your sponsorship, a deserving child can get a good education which will not only change his life, but that of his family as well. Full Scholarships include all fees for books and materials, technology, insurance and registration. We also accept partial sponsorships and will be happy to talk with you regarding this. Once you become a Sponsor, we will send you photos and updates on the student’s progress throughout the year.
